We present a series of workshops (one Saturday per month TBA) specially designed to deepen your asanas, improve proprioception and become aware of the possibilities of movement of the body. Each workshop will center on a different set of asanas; 1) standing poses, 2) forward bends, 3) backbends, 4)twists, 5) balance poses, 6) inversions. You are welcome to come to the session of your choice or to all!

Cada sesión constará de/Each sesión will be made up of: 18.00-18.30 Pranayama; 18.30 Breve calentamiento seguido del trabajo sobre las posturas del día. Brief warm-up followed by work on the given postures; 20.15-21.00 Estiramientos y/o un poco de yin yoga. Relajación final. Stretches and/or some yin yoga. Final relaxation. Aportación/Contribution:

socios/members 15 euros;

no socios/non-members 20 euros
